ABOUT ME

Hi there! I'm Rosa, your balayage and blonding specialist. I fell in love with hair design when my sister bought me a pair of scissors at 14 years old. I've since landed at Tangerine Salon, where I have happily been doing hair since. My greatest passion is connecting with others and helping build confidence from the inside out. 

Growing up in Montana, I fell in love with the great outdoors. As a result, I aim to practice my passion while protecting the environment to the best of my ability. I always prioritize using green, cruelty-free products to minimize my impact on the earth.

When I'm not working to make you feel beautiful, you can find me hiking in the Three Sisters Wilderness, skiing at Mount Bachelor, or frequenting the finest breweries Oregon has to offer.
